Cache County Executive Lynn Lemon has been serving on an Air Quality work group which was organized last year in an effort to come up with a way to improve air quality in Utah. At Tuesday's meeting of the Cache County Council, Lemon said the work group has come up with a basket of control strategies that could end up in the SIP (state implementation plan).
